SoundPro is adding talented Account Managers to our award-winning sales team, and we're looking for people who genuinely love this industry. If you can talk shop with a system integrator, help a house of worship nail their room acoustics, or geek out over the latest from Shure or QSC, you might be exactly who we need. About SoundPro SoundPro is a leading national dealer and distributor of Pro Audio, Video, and Lighting products headquartered in Irving, Texas. For over 50 years, we've been known for deep industry expertise, curated stock, fast shipping, and award-winning sales support. Our sales team consists of industry professionals with expertise across AV installation, house of worship, production, and education. They understand our customers' language, relate to their needs, and constantly strive to deliver a positive SoundPro experience. Your PRO Partner in AVL. Proactive, curious, and energized by building long‑term relationships A strong communicator with exceptional active listening skills Adaptable and detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment Competitive, accountable, and a true team player Self‑motivated with a real drive to grow Qualifications 2+ years in outbound or inside sales within the AV industry, or 2+ years working in the AV industry (live sound, installation, system design, recording, lighting, broadcast, or production) Comfortable with POS and CRM systems The Culture We're a tight‑knit team, not a corporate machine.
