About the Team: As a member of our Maintenance team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This dedicated team is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, addressing equipment malfunctions, and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency. With a strong focus on safety and reliability, the Maintenance Team collaborates closely with other departments to minimize downtime and maintain a productive work environment. What You’ll Do at Justrite: Overseesthe productionfloorto ensure a safe environment, quality of product, andthat productionrates are met. Ensures proper training, sets clear expectations, and gives constructive feedbackto associates. Ensures all schedules and deadlines are achieved. Ensures that all production documentation and transactions are completed daily. Plans, develops, and implements process improvements and enhancements. Communicates and implements changes as directed. Ensure that raw materials and/or waste are disposed of according to policy and procedures. Report all equipment breakdowns to the Maintenance team, document, and manage workforce to maximize productivity. Workas a member of a cross-functional team. Ensure associatesmaintainproper inventory transactions, and correct inventory numbersthrough cyclecountsas necessary. Communicate to Planner/Schedulerregardingproduction variances. Communicate with Value Stream Manager,Purchasing, and Planner/Scheduler to prevent production disruptions. Maintain proper 5S and Visual Management standardsofthe production floor. Promote a safety-oriented culture,take actionin the event ofan unsafe situation, and complete allappropriate documentationregardingsafety observations, actions, and investigations. Ensure TPM activities are being performed on all equipment/facility according to required frequency. Ensure adherence to all companypolicies and safety regulations. Performs any other duties as directed by VS Manager and site leadership. Help supervise overtime shifts asrequired. Your Skills and Expertise: To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Minimum of 2-4 years Supervisory experiencein a production environment. Workin industrial manufacturingpreferred. Experience working with InforSyteLinea plus. Experience working with Casting/Plastics/Urethanea plus. Must be organized and detail oriented. Must have the ability to analyze data to make decisions on material/product requirementsin the absence of otherdirection. Must be able to manage multiple activities during thework dayand delegate tasks as needed. Mustbe able to plan to meet deadlines. Able to prioritize and manage a team with a sense of urgency and assertiveness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to promote a positive work environment for under all conditions. An open-minded andinnovatedself-starter that is eager to learn. Accepts responsibility, celebrates team wins, and works for the customers. Process-driven: Kaizen is a way of life. Data-focused with a pragmatic approach – bias for action. Comfortable doing any job on the shop floor. Compensation: The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000. Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
