Balanced Body is seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Support Specialist to join the People team. You’ll manage payroll for 450+ employees (domestic and international) on a biweekly cycle while handling HR records, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance. You’ll support recruiting, employee relations, safety, and training with cross-functional collaboration across leadership.
