Hours: Part-Time Days, 24 hours per week (2 shifts of 12 hours each)

Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere. In this role, you will often act as the primary liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare providers, as well as other team members. Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging in performance improvement initiatives
• Maintaining professional competence
• Mentoring and developing others
• Upholding confidentiality, safety, and professional standards
• Supporting Shared Governance through participation in councils or sponsored activities

Position Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications (required in select units/departments) must be obtained within six months of hire
• Active Registered Nursing License in Georgia or a qualifying multi-state compact license

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• National specialty certification relevant to the area of practice
