The Caregiver provides compassionate support and assistance to individuals requiring help with daily activities, focusing primarily on elderly care, disability support, and post-surgery recovery. This role involves both team-based and individual work, reporting primarily to the Case Manager and family members to ensure comprehensive and personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Support medication management and administration
• Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs
• Provide mobility assistance and help with transportation
• Monitor health status and report changes
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate care and health records

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Knowledge of HIV and Alzheimer's care
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Experience assisting with personal hygiene
• Sharp observation abilities to notice health changes
