Schedule: Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Contract: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Experience: Minimum 1 year

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse - Med-Surg for a 13-week contract in Lawton, OK. This role supports a 13-bed medical-surgical unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for adult Med-Surg patients
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
Administer medications and treatments per facility standards
Support patient safety, comfort, and recovery
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members
Document patient care accurately in Allscripts
Follow facility policies, infection control, and nursing standards

Requirements

Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse license required
Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg RN experience required
BLS/BCLS certification required
ACLS certification required
NIHSS certification required
Allscripts experience preferred
Ability to work night shifts
Holiday coverage required
