Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment requiring a minimum of 18 months of permanent CT experience and an active Ohio license.

Details

• CT Tech unit within a hospital radiology/cardiology department
• Night shift schedule, 4x10 hours, Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• No call requirements
• No holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in CT Technology prior to travel
• BLS certification required
• Active Ohio license required at time of consideration; compact licenses accepted for start dates 1/1/23 and forward, license required if applicable
• All required certifications must be active with nothing pending
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the CT specialty required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) required within 12 months of start for non-RN/CST travelers, updated annually

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are not considered for this position
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Facility requires badging and onsite fingerprinting prior to start date
• BCI/FBI background checks must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• PAPRs are not considered an alternative for facial hair except with an approved medical or religious exemption
• Nurses and CSTs are temporarily exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
• Assignments at this health system may not exceed 18 consecutive months, followed by a required minimum 6-month break before returning
• Facility maintains a strict do-not-call policy
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with a maximum of two attempts to achieve a passing score
