Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for RBT roles across multiple locations Meet or exceed weekly hiring targets through strategic sourcing and efficient pipeline management Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to match RBTs with clients based on skills, preferences, and availability Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referral programs Conduct initial video screens Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding Track and report recruitment metrics weekly Stay current on industry trends, licensing requirements, and ABA recruiting best practices Attend hiring events and represent CS ABA as a brand ambassador Meet a minimum of 70% meaningful productivity/utilization rate per day Requirements Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or high-volume environments Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Demonstrated success in achieving weekly and quarterly recruitment goals Familiarity with RBT certification requirements and ABA industry standards is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruitment for RBT roles, leveraging strong organizational skills and proficiency with applicant tracking systems to meet hiring targets.
