Provide anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence for a variety of surgical cases. Deliver safe, exceptional anesthesia care in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Support neonatal and pediatric patients, focusing on complex cases including spectrum disorders. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards. Work in a collaborative team environment supporting a high-volume surgical setting. What You Need Ohio license as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current CRNA certification and PALS certification 0-2 years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience preferred Strong communication, manual dexterity, and emotional stamina Ability to work independently under supervision About the Assignment This opportunity is at Dayton Children s, a top-ranked pediatric healthcare provider in Ohio.
