Role Summary The Email Marketing Specialist at Winixx owns the lifecycle email programs that activate new users, retain existing ones, and drive meaningful platform engagement across carrier, shipper, fleet, and vendor segments. You will build automated sequences, run campaign experiments, and ensure that every email Winixx sends is worth opening. What You'll Do Build and manage automated email lifecycle programs for carrier onboarding, shipper activation, and fleet retention Develop and execute one-time campaign emails tied to product launches, promotions, and market events Write compelling email copy tailored to each audience segment and lifecycle stage Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send timing to optimize open and click rates Manage list hygiene, segmentation logic, and deliverability monitoring Track and report on email performance metrics including open rate, CTR, conversion, and unsubscribe rate Collaborate with product and support teams to identify lifecycle moments that warrant automated communication Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM and email marketing best practices What We're Looking For 2+ years of email marketing experience with hands-on ownership of lifecycle and campaign programs Proficiency in an email marketing platform such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Customer.io Strong copywriting skills with an eye for subject line optimization Experience with audience segmentation and behavioral trigger logic Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling performance data and translating it into optimizations Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience marketing to carriers, fleet operators, or logistics professionals is a plus Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
