The Graduate School is seeking (1) Marketing Specialist to join the already awesome team taking the Graduate School Department to the next level of excellence! Professional development opportunity and mentorship A rapidly growing center within an academic setting HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO Assistwith the execution of graduate enrollment marketing campaigns across email, CRM, web, social media, digital advertising, and other channels. Coordinate campaign timelines, project tasks, vendor communications, and related administrative activities. Support campaign tracking, dashboard updates, analytics reporting, and performance monitoring. Assistwith website content, email communications, marketing materials, and other promotional resources. Support graduate recruitment events, webinars, information sessions, campus visits, tabling activities, and related outreach. Engage with prospective students at recruitment events, answergeneral questions, and connect them withappropriate programsand resources. Collaborate with colleagues across the university to support enrollment marketing priorities. Helpmaintainmarketing documentation, shared resources, and established processes. Qualifications Minimum Hiring Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field and three (3) years of relevant professional experience ; or A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
