Field Marketing Specialist

Our client is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support the execution of local marketing initiatives across a growing network of locations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who enjoys balancing multiple projects, working closely with field leaders, and helping bring marketing campaigns to life at the local level. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across departments to support customer engagement, brand consistency, and business growth. This role is hybrid with a 4 day a week in office expectation and flex on Fridays to work from home. Responsibilities Execute local marketing programs, events, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives. Support promotional campaign rollouts across multiple locations. Coordinate signage, merchandising materials, and other marketing assets to ensure brand consistency. Manage and publish organic social media content while supporting local content creation efforts. Partner with field teams to identify marketing opportunities and support location‑level initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely project execution. Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and measurement of marketing activities. Maintain marketing calendars and help prioritize field marketing requests. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably supporting multiple locations, markets, or business units. Experience executing local marketing campaigns, events, promotions, or community partnerships. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset. Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, leadership, and external partners. Familiarity with social media management, content publishing, and basic marketing analytics. Experience with marketing technology platforms, project management tools, and creative software such as Canva is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally to support local marketing initiatives and events.
