Operations Manager

Summary The Operations Manager will oversee and direct all operational functions within a Chanel boutique to ensure smooth day-to-day performance and an elevated client experience. This role serves as the subject matter expert on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools while partnering with Boutique Leaders and the Home Office Retail Operations team. The Manager leads operational staff, manages budgets and forecasting, and drives initiatives to increase efficiency. Responsibilities Own inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning/staffing, compliance, and expense management for the boutique. Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop operationally aligned staff to deliver consistent boutique standards and an elevated client experience. Act as the ultimate expert on SOPs, systems, and tools and provide guidance to the entire boutique team. Manage projects, take initiative on operational improvements, and oversee budget forecasting and expense management. Maintain in-store presence to uphold boutique image and operational standards. Requirements Minimum 5 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication and people leadership skills with a focus on client experience. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays. Foreign language skills preferred; passion for the House of Chanel and desire to grow professionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
