Protocol Activation Coordinator

To support the activation and management of research studies, the full-time remote Protocol Activation Coordinator will manage project workflows, assist with regulatory documentation, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Manages processing, tracking, and filing of study documents and updates Collaborates with Investigators and study teams to gather and maintain essential regulatory documents Assists Project Managers in study oversight responsibilities and supports study management activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance related to clinical research Experience with clinical trial processes, HIPAA regulations, and IRB requirements Proficiency in using technological systems related to clinical research and data management Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
