Recruiting Coordinator

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong professional phone communication skills with the confidence to make repeated outbound candidate calls without relying on a script for every interaction.

• Highly organized and able to multitask, prioritize changing needs, and persistently follow up with candidates.

• Comfortable using ADP or able to learn recruiting and HR systems quickly.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Multi-location recruiting experience

• Onboarding coordination experience

• Experience supporting contingent workforce

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $18-19/hr (BOE)

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM
• OT will be required based on business needs

ROLE IMPACT

• Support day-to-day recruiting operations by keeping candidate pipelines active, accurate, and moving forward
• Assists candidates complete onboarding requirements, maintains timely follow-up, and ensures recruiting information stays current in a fast-changing staffing environment
• Success requires proactive communication, organization, and consistent candidate engagement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound candidate calls, reverify availability, and maintain consistent follow-up with candidates.

• Update and refresh recruiting pipelines daily while managing multiple recruiting priorities.

• Guide candidates through virtual onboarding, typically completed within one to two days, and follow up on outstanding requirements.

• Update candidate information, recruiting activity, and reports in ADP.

• Provide administrative and pipeline-management support to the lead recruiter and communicate clearly with candidates and internal team members.
