Benefits SpecialistLHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Benefits Specialist for our client located in South Seattle. This position will be 100% onsite and a long-term contract, full-time, contract opportunity. This role will be solely focused on benefit administration for our client's employees. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit plans including 401(k) eligibility, investment options, and retirement planning resources while maintaining records, resolving issues, and supporting annual audits and reporting requirements. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of retirement plan administration, and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree desiredMinimum 2-5 years within HR benefits administrationProficiency working within HRIS Systems (Workday experience desired (not required)Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in-personStrong ability to multitask and prioritize throughout the dayAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesPay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour Search managed by: Jennifer Andrews Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
