ThriftBooks is seeking an experienced Benefits & Leave Administrator to manage health and welfare benefits, COBRA, and the 401(k) plan, plus oversee all leave programs including FMLA and ADA accommodations. You will partner with employees, managers, and insurance carriers to resolve issues and support return-to-work efforts. The role is hybrid with 3+ in-person days in Tukwila, WA.
