Akin is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support payroll, benefits, and leave programs that directly impact our employees’ well-being. This role partners across teams to improve processes, ensures accurate bi-weekly payroll, oversees benefits and Open Enrollment, and handles compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and related regulations.
