About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to be the driving force behind the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. This pivotal role involves building and leading the entire marketing function, with a focus on growth, product marketing, brand, and go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders to lead a rebrand and out-of-stealth launch, and will be responsible for defining how the company grows and how it is perceived in the market. This is a hands-on, player-coach position, where the Head of Marketing will set the strategy, be involved in the day-to-day execution, and gradually build a marketing team. Key responsibilities for the Head of Marketing at the company include owning the performance marketing strategy, developing channel strategies, and leading the company's launch activities. The role also involves partnering with internal and external teams to scale customer acquisition and building the systems that convert awareness into a customer base. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-growth startup environments, with a proven track record in scaling growth marketing, strong performance marketing instincts, and the ability to balance the technical aspects of marketing with a creative, brand-focused approach. Experience in PR is a plus, and the candidate should be comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of marketing, from discussing CAC and creative testing to shaping brand positioning and messaging.
