Elevate Your Career with Tarkett Sports! Position Summary At Tarkett Sports, the Project Manager ensures seamless execution of projects from bid submission to final installation and closeout. This role manages critical business functions—including engineering, procurement, logistics, and commissioning—to contribute to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial success. What You’ll Do Oversee project lifecycles, including bid submission, production, installation, and closeout. Ensure engineering designs progress from concept to construction. Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material forecasting. Supervise commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, and final approvals. Maintain strong relationships with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and suppliers. Ensure financial health by maintaining or improving project margins. Lead FieldTurf personnel development through performance metrics and training initiatives. Uphold professionalism and compliance with the Tarkett Code of Ethics. Directly supervise the Project Administrator. Lead a department responsible for project execution and operational success. Adhere to safety policies and report any concerns. Support company goals through team collaboration. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You Bring Strong project management expertise in construction or related fields.
