Business Development Specialist

ForeverLawn Fox Valley

ForeverLawn Fox Valley is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to expand our presence throughout the Fox Valley. This role is focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving growth across multiple markets including schools, municipalities, playgrounds, parks, commercial properties, pet facilities, and landscape projects. This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys networking, developing trust, and becoming a valued resource within the communities we serve. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with decision‑makers, specifiers, contractors, and community stakeholders Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all company verticals Conduct prospect visits, networking activities, and customer meetings Attend trade shows, industry events, and community functions Generate and qualify leads for the estimating and operations teams Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities through our CRM Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience Represent the ForeverLawn brand with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self‑motivated and driven to create opportunities Comfortable networking and building relationships with new contacts Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Experience in business development, outside sales, construction, landscape, commercial services, or related industries is preferred Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the Fox Valley region What Success Looks Like Consistently building new relationships and referral sources Creating qualified opportunities that drive company growth Expanding ForeverLawn Fox Valley’s presence within key markets and communities Becoming a trusted resource for customers and industry partners What We Offer Uncapped commission opportunity OTE of $100,000+ Company vehicle allowance and business expenses Opportunity to help grow a market‑leading brand Supportive and entrepreneurial team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
