Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Description

We are a small private owner company; due to our growth we have an immediate opening for a qualify Shipping/Receiving Coordinator Position. This is a long-term secure position. Hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday . If you are looking for a stable job with growth potential, then we want to hear from you. The chosen candidate must have 2 to 3 years' experience.

Responsibilities:

Verify, and record incoming material.
Verify receiving product.
Notify costumer on any receiving issues.
Arrange appropriate transportation of products.
Assist customers with shipping inquiries.
Implement production data.
Assist with production scheduling.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

MUST Have 2 to 3 years' experience in shipping, logistics.
MUST have Strong computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong organizational skills
Must be able to drive a Forklift.
Bilingual is a plus.
