Prep Cook/Cocinero de Preparacion

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist in the preparation of our delicious Peruvian dishes. As a prep cook, you must be able to perform kitchen duties that ensure the proper treatment of food, follow recipes and ensure that the prep list is completed on a daily basis. Duties: Prepare ingredients for cooking Store food in their designated container in an organized manner Portion, wrap, and label ingredients with name and date Be able to follow food handling guidelines (wearing gloves, temperatures, cross contamination etc.) Utilizing manual and electrical methods for the preparation of certain items Buscamos personas entusiastas para ayudar en la preparación de nuestros deliciosos platos peruanos.
