Job ID: 41970 | Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, USA | Work Model: HybridAs the Logistics Operations Lead, North America, you will sit at the intersection of regional operations and global strategy, responsible for the Global Business Service Logistics Operations (GBS LO) organization, ensuring agreed service levels to Business and Service Units (BU/SU) with optimized costs and sustainable solutions across the NORAM region.This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional looking to make a meaningful mark across a global organization. You will interface across all Business and Service Units, driving stakeholder engagement at the most senior levels of Clariant, while acting as the critical bridge between GBS and regional BU/SUs — supporting communication, top management engagement, and serving as the primary escalation point of contact for GBS Logistics in NORAM.Leading a team of 9 across NORAM and collaborating with global teams, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change, champion innovative solutions, and build lasting partnerships across an intercultural, cross-functional environment — all while contributing to Clariant's commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.
