Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide primary and preventive care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct patient exams, order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with licensure, clinical guidelines, and scope of practice.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, support teams, and leadership to promote coordinated patient care.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality assurance, compliance, and patient care initiatives as needed.
• Supervise mid-level providers, residents, students, or other clinical staff as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Staff Physician Education, Training and Experience Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree.
• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• Board certification or board eligibility in specialty.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in CA.
• Active DEA registration.
• Prior outpatient primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or community health experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $300,000–$330,000 annually, based on experience
