Vascular Neurology Physician (MD/DO) - Oregon
Location: Oregon
Schedule: Unrestricted 24-hour call (call-only; report if called in; follow-up rounding as needed the next morning) per Order notes
Start: 12/07/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Setting: Inpatient hospital
Travel and Lodging: Yes
Position Overview
Provide neurology consultations supporting inpatient services, including stroke and neuro-interventional consults and procedures as privileged.
Site Details
EMR: EPIC (Proficient User required).
Patient population: Adults and geriatrics.
Required Qualifications
MD/DO with active, unrestricted Oregon license.
Board certified in Neurology.
Ability to perform rounding, stroke consults, neuro-interventional consults, and neuro-interventional procedures (as referenced in Order notes).
Provide documentation of surgical/procedural services representative of requested privileges within the previous 24 months (or training log if completed training within the past year) per Order notes.
Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)
Client-specific coversheet/submission form and required documents per Order notes.
