• Flexible rounding hours with a mandatory morning huddle around 9 - 10 am
• Separate on-call team minimizes after-hours responsibilities
• Coverage limited to one or two skilled nursing facilities per day
• Manageable patient census of 16 - 18 patients per day
• No procedures or independent ventilator management required
• Opportunity to take on a Medical Director role as the practice grows
