Customer Service (Call Center) Manager

Company Overview Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader and we are hiring now. Compensation & Schedule Earn $15.00 per hour. Flexible and full‑time schedules between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (weekends until 5:00 p.m.). Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, sick time, and flex spending Company‑paid life and accidental death insurance Mileage reimbursement when traveling between properties or other work‑related tasks Responsibilities Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business operations Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required Walk and navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Qualifications Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service, sales‑centered environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation Employees must have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between work locations and/or during other work‑related tasks.
