This role combines proactive prospecting, consultative solution selling, and strategic account management to achieve or exceed an annual quota. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance environment, understands complex buying processes, and can effectively demonstrate, negotiate, and close deals in competitive markets./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliManage a portfolio of named key accounts, develop multi-level relationships, understand business objectives and expand system utilization and increase product portfolio adoption across all platforms./liliLead the full sales cycle from discovery through demonstration, financial justification, negotiation and close while consistently achieving or exceeding your annual quota./liliIdentify, research, and engage new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking, and referrals./liliMaintain a balanced focus on new business acquisition and account retention to ensure consistent territory growth./liliConduct in-person and virtual presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs and buying cycles./liliMaintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and secure renewals or repeat purchases through customer events, open houses and any other applicable opportunities./liliPartner with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective follow-through. Demonstrate selflessness in working with others to achieve company goals./liliAccurately maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and forecasting to leadership on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis./liliMonitor competitive activity and market trends to position the companys products effectively./liliControl and maintain yearly budget within your territory./liliPlan and develop educational selling events throughout the territory and within event budget guidelines./li/ulpQualifications/pulliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)./lili25 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, technology, or medical devices./liliProven track record of achieving or exceeding an annual quota of $1.5M+ in revenue./liliStrong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills./liliSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage a full sales cycle independently./liliProficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite./liliWillingness to travel regionally as required (4060%)./li/ulpExpected salary: 75-80K base, 175K-250K OTE/p/div
