Bilingual Japanese General Affairs Administration Officer

Job Title

Position Summary Provides administrative support for the General Affairs Department. Assists with daily operations, coordination, and management support to ensure smooth office functions.

Key Responsibilities Support accounts payable and document management Coordinate accommodations for guests and trainees Assist with Japanese expatriaterelated administrative matters Handle important mail and communications with the parent company in Japan Answer and route external phone calls Support coordination of Board meetings and related administrative tasks Translate documents between Japanese and English as needed Ensure accuracy and continuous improvement in administrative processes Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese Good interpersonal and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to occasionally lift and handle heavy files
