Entry Level Project Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an essential part of our project management department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Location: Kansas City, MO (On-site Must work from the office)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communication among team members.
- Track project progress and prepare updates for project managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, timelines, and meeting notes.
- Assist with budgeting and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
