- 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management within Banking Technology.
- Strong domain knowledge of Core Banking.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of:
- Payments
- Customer/Deposit Accounts
- General Ledger (GL)
- Transaction Processing
- Settlement & Reconciliation
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, system integrations, and data flows.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum engineering teams.
- Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and process flows.
- Experience working with architects and engineering teams on technology solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
