- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
- Prepare, process, and maintain client paperwork and documentation
- Respond to client questions and provide administrative support
- Assist with office operations, supply ordering, and business expense tracking
- Support client events, seminars, and appreciation activities
- Maintain accurate records and work within internal systems to ensure quality and compliance
- 3+ years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working with numbers, technology, and multiple software systems
- Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Financial services experience is a plus but not required
