Morgan Hunter is partnering with a well-established financial services office to add a Office Administrator to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, staying organized, and keeping a busy office running smoothly.

This role combines administrative support, client service, and office coordination in a professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while providing an exceptional experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person
  • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
  • Prepare, process, and maintain client paperwork and documentation
  • Respond to client questions and provide administrative support
  • Assist with office operations, supply ordering, and business expense tracking
  • Support client events, seminars, and appreciation activities
  • Maintain accurate records and work within internal systems to ensure quality and compliance
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable working with numbers, technology, and multiple software systems
  • Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Financial services experience is a plus but not required
