Position: Elementary & Middle School Substitute Teacher Reports To: Director of Academics Location: CCA 333 Inverness Dr S Ste 100 Englewood CO 80112 Employment Type: As Needed, Non-exempt Compensation: $25 per hour Typical School Day Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Application Deadline: Ongoing Hiring Timeline: Ongoing Start Date: As needed Position Overview: Substitute teachers provide classroom coverage in elementary and middle school classrooms, maintaining instructional continuity and positive classroom culture. Responsibilities: Provide classroom coverage as assigned Support a safe and engaging classroom environment Assist with supervision and daily routines Follow classroom procedures and lesson plans Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Education or related field Experience working with children Strong alignment with Christian education Contingency: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and compliance with all applicable state and licensing requirements.
