Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Victorville, CA . This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a Monday–Friday day shift . The ideal candidate will have experience processing high-volume vendor invoices, handling ACH payments, maintaining accurate AP records, managing vendor information, and supporting reconciliations and reporting in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices, including approvals, GL coding, and discrepancy resolution.
- Prepare and process ACH payment batches and resolve payment errors, rejections, or returns.
- Manage vendor records, including W-9s, ACH authorization forms, and banking information.
- Assist with AP reconciliations, monthly closing, aging reports, and audit documentation.
- Maintain compliance with NACHA rules, internal controls, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and vendor management .
- Experience with ACH payment processing .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to use a computer and perform repetitive data-entry tasks.
- Ability to work in an office environment and in a fast-paced setting.
