Administrative Support

Under the direction of site administrators and counselors, provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for the counseling office and school administration. Coordinate office operations; maintain confidential student and District records; assist with student services, school programs, and testing activities; prepare reports and correspondence; and serve as a resource to students, parents, staff, and the public to ensure efficient and effective office operations.

Requirements / Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Proof of five (5) years of increasingly responsible clerical, secretarial, or administrative support experience is desirable, preferably in a school district or educational setting.
