Pebble builds the Flow a 100% electric travel trailer that hitches, parks, levels, and dumps itself. It removes the barriers that have kept people out of RVing for decades, and it is built by a team of automotive and consumer-technology experts who thought the whole category deserved a rethink.

The role is to own the phone, own the pipeline, and close the deal. This is the closing engine of our sales organization, and it runs onsite from our Fremont headquarters. You will work every serious lead we generate inbound from the website, deposit holder reactivation, and warm prospects handed over by our field advisors after they meet customers on the road. You are not order-taking. You are running a full sales cycle on a six-figure product: qualifying, hosting virtual Basecamp walkthroughs, dismantling the real objections, and asking for the deposit. The volume comes to you; converting it is the job and you are paid uncapped for how well you do it.

Close the pipeline. Work inbound leads, deposit-holder reactivation, and field-generated prospects from first call through signed order. Speed to lead is the standard first contact within minutes, not hours. Run virtual Basecamps. Host live video walkthroughs that give a remote buyer the in-person experience configure the build with them, show the product working, and close on the call. Master the four objections. Turn "I haven't seen it," trade-in, tow-vehicle, and storage from deal-killers into solved problems using our partner network and the Pebble Upgrade program. Book the in-person experience. For buyers near a residency, convert the call into a booked Basecamp visit our highest-closing moment. Run a disciplined pipeline. Live in the CRM New Lead ? Engaged ? Basecamp Scheduled ? Basecamp Completed ? Close. Hit the Daily 5, weekly revenue and Basecamp targets, and daily activity goals. Partner with the field team. Our field advisors open and warm; you help close. Tight handoffs, shared context, shared wins. Feed the engine. Generate referrals, activate Founders-owner ambassadors, and give Marketing real feedback on which leads actually convert. Support new markets. As we open Austin, Denver and beyond, you work those territories by phone and video before boots are on the ground.

5+ years in high-consideration, premium, or luxury sales automotive/EV, RV, real estate, or comparable big-ticket closing. A proven closer with a track record of beating quota on high-price-point products. Phone and video selling strength you can build trust and close a six-figure sale without ever standing next to the customer. High-volume discipline comfortable with heavy call and follow-up activity, and organized enough that nothing falls through. CRM discipline and comfort with data, activity metrics, and a structured sales process. HubSpot experience a plus. Fully onsite in Fremont. This is a sales-floor role five days a week, in the building, with the team. Not hybrid, not remote.

Bonus points: EV, automotive, or outdoor/RV industry background. Experience launching a new product or category from the ground up. A personal pull toward EVs, design, sustainability, or the outdoors you'll sell it better because you get it. Comfort selling remotely at a premium price point.

You get the whole funnel. We are standing up a national field team and a residency footprint whose entire job is to generate demand and it lands on your desk to close. Ground-floor timing. This is a brand-new team being built now. Get in early, help define how we sell, and grow with it. A product that sells itself once they see it. Self-parking, design, and tech create the "wow." Your job is to convert it, not manufacture interest. Real income upside. No cap means your best months have no ceiling. Top performers can meaningfully clear OTE. A category with the wind at its back. Younger, tech- and sustainability-minded buyers are moving into premium RVs and Pebble is the best-positioned product for exactly that shift.

This role is fully onsite at Pebble HQ in Fremont, California five days a week. We are building a sales floor, and that only works when the team is in the room together: shared calls, live coaching, and the energy that comes from hearing someone close a deal two desks away. Expect some evening and weekend coverage buyers shop this product on their own time, and being available when they are is part of the job.

Compensation and incentive structure: aggressive by design. The best closers should earn like it. We built this plan for high performers who want their income tied directly to their output. Base pays the bills; commission is where you win and there is no cap on it, ever. Base salary: $100-120k. Strong commission plan; OTE: $180k.
