Neatly Yours is a trusted residential & commercial cleaning company serving NYC and New Jersey. We're looking for an experienced independent contractor in New Jersey who can take on high-volume work and larger homes — whether working solo or bringing your own team to handle bigger or busier jobs.

What You'll Do

As an independent contractor with Neatly Yours, you'll take on a steady volume of residential (and occasional commercial) cleaning jobs across your service area. Many jobs you'll handle yourself; for larger homes or heavier volume weeks, you're welcome to bring your own crew to get the job done efficiently. You control how the work gets done — your methods, your pace, your team.

Pay Structure

You'll earn 65–70% of the total job cost per cleaning, paid weekly. If you bring your own team, how you split that among your crew is entirely up to you. 100% of client tips go directly to the worker(s) on the job — Neatly Yours never takes a cut of tips.

What We're Looking For

• Significant professional cleaning experience — comfortable handling larger homes and higher job volume
• Reliable personal vehicle required — you'll need to travel between job sites across your service area
• Own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (or willingness to acquire)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• If bringing a team: ability to manage and coordinate your own crew, and confirm your team members meet our background-check and reliability standards
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the work
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• 18+ years old
