Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, employing standardized tools to identify their mental health needs, social determinants of health, and collaboratively set treatment goals.

• Provide personalized, one-on-one counseling to clients dealing with a variety of mental health and psychosocial issues, particularly those related to grief, anxiety, and depression associated with terminal illness.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions that address common mental health concerns, foster peer support, and offer psychoeducation to clients and their families.

• Craft and implement tailored treatment plans incorporating measurable goals and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to monitor progress effectively.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning while coordinating emergency resources to ensure client safety.

• Advocate for clients' rights, assisting them in navigating healthcare systems and connecting them with essential community services.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records that reflect assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documented outcomes per professional and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
