Overview This position is ONLY for The Little Gym of Bay Ridge-Bensonhurst, located at 8681 18th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11214. Previous experience managing a gymnastics facility is required. Full Time - includes a Sat or Sun. $1000-90 Day Sign Bonus. Paid Vacation. 6 Paid Holidays. Health Insurance and 401(K). Performance based bonus. Team building/development/training events. Job Summary: The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position (Previous experience managing a gymnastics facility is required) responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. Typically, the Gym Director reports directly to the owners of a specific The Little Gym location.
