Internet Sales Manager

Genesis of St. Charles is seeking a top-performing internet sales manager to join our team in St. Peters, MO. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving online sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize online sales processes to achieve aggressive sales goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internet leads and customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Serve as Sales Manager when necessary, providing leadership and support.
Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Proven track record as a top-performing internet sales manager.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with automotive sales or similar industries preferred.
Leadership skills to support a backup sales manager role.
