What You’ll Do Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries Assist with move‑in preparations and marketing materials Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign‑in, and emergency procedures Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks What We’re Looking For High School Diploma/GED Strong customer service and communication skills Organized with excellent time management and follow‑through Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with Purpose Pay Range: $17.15 – $21.45 per hour Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement Sunrise Senior Living is a certified Great Place to Work® Equal Opportunity Employer.
