Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in driving LMS’ payor-related goals to new heights! Payor Relations Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our administrative success, ensuring seamless operations and strong relationships with payors.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the backbone of our operations: Complete essential administrative tasks that support our payor initiatives.
Engage and connect: Receive and complete projects from the Payor Relations Manager, including credentials generation and renewal.
Keep us on the map: Maintain and verify our company’s participation and demographics with payors.
Outreach hero: Conduct outreach to payors, submitting network application forms and contracts with confidence.
Analyze for success: Review network participation and limited participation contracts to ensure optimal performance.
Financial wizard: Project and analyze crucial financial data from contracts to fuel our growth.
Relationship builder: Manage communications with payors, resolving noncritical issues and fostering strong lines of communication.
Support our leaders: Provide vital support to the Payor Relations Manager and leadership as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education: A High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Two years of relevant experience in insurance verification, medical billing, or contract administration.
