The Sales Manager will lead a small sales team (1-5 members) and spearhead initiatives across both B2B and B2C sales channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is critical for driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will balance strategic planning with hands-on team development, supporting a high-performing sales environment with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to mixed B2B and B2C channels
- Drive customer acquisition and expand revenue opportunities
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and monitor team performance
- Maintain and nurture key client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed targets
