About the Role

The Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts within the design-build, construction management, program management, and turnkey project delivery services sectors. This role requires the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, with a focus on national and regional clients across various markets, including self-storage, light industrial, logistics and transportation facilities, medical retail, retail banking, and high-volume retail programs. The Business Development Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities, and securing projects that align with the company's strategic growth objectives. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a proven track record in business-to-business sales. Essential skills include the ability to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives, expertise in selling project management and related services, and a strong understanding of commercial construction delivery methods. The role demands the ability to manage complex sales cycles, from prospecting to contract execution, and to maintain a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining executive-level relationships, and be proficient in using CRM tools to support business development activities. The position also requires the ability to travel and work independently, as well as part of a team, and to demonstrate the company's guiding principles in support of its strategic goals.
