We are looking for an Commercial HVAC Manager to join our team! You will manage a specific zone with our projects!
Responsibilities:
- Manage crews as they Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine job walks and site surveys
- Respond to emergency in-field project issues
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Prepare submittals for Project Assistant
- Prepare and review spec summaries
- Tracks projects
- Meets with PMs and APMs on project info
- Reviews plans and specs and estimates to verify accuracy
- Estimating small hand tickets for projects
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Commercial and Industrial HVAC
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Currently possess a TACLA Number
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
