What You'll Do

You'll lead day-to-day warehouse and production operations while helping establish the systems and processes that support our continued growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage domestic and international shipping and receiving operations
• Coordinate freight, logistics, and carrier relationships
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory control systems
• Plan raw material purchasing and production schedules to meet customer demand
• Supervise daily manufacturing activities and ensure production targets are achieved
• Lead and develop a small production and warehouse team
• Coordinate manufacturing work orders and production priorities
• Maintain complete batch records and product traceability
• Manage document control for manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and production records
• Implement and maintain engineering controls and standardized manufacturing processes
• Manage production equipment, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment readiness
• Support process validation and equipment qualification activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions that improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with engineering, R&D, purchasing, and leadership to support new product introductions and manufacturing improvements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, production planning, or operations management
• Experience supervising manufacturing or warehouse personnel
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with inventory management and production planning systems
• Comfortable working with ERP/MRP or inventory management software
• Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation and traceability
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation

Expected Salary Range: $95,000-$120,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
