Join Our Client as a Production Planner in Carlsbad, CA! Bring your STEM/Supply Chain degree, 3+ years experience, and MRP skills to a vibrant science and technology company dedicated to elevating humanity.

• Develop and maintain production plans while monitoring MRP parameters to meet Our Client's customer demand and manufacturing schedules.

• Analyze inventory and supply chain data to identify risks, generate dashboards, and drive process optimization for Our Client.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing and Purchasing to resolve material and capacity constraints.

• Support root cause analysis for production shortages and planning exceptions to ensure operational success for Our Client.

• Maintain planning master data and ensure absolute data accuracy within ERP systems to guarantee production continuity
