Digital Talent Booker (LA Based)

We are seeking a highly connected Brand Partnerships executive with a deep network of brand relationships and a proven history of negotiating strategic partnerships for talent. The successful candidate will bring an established pipeline of brand contacts and the ability to convert those relationships into immediate and long-term commercial opportunities for our roster. A prominent boutique model agency with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Miami is seeking an experienced Los Angeles-based Digital Talent Booker to support and grow a dynamic roster of talent through strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships. We are looking to fill this role expeditiously. This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in pop culture, fashion, beauty, brand marketing, and the entertainment landscape, with a proven ability to originate, negotiate, and execute high-value partnerships from concept to completion. What You’ll Do Identify, develop, and secure brand partnership opportunities across a diverse talent roster Proactively pitch clients to brands, agencies, and marketing partners for campaigns, endorsements, ambassador roles, and 360 deals Manage the full deal lifecycle, including concept development, negotiation, contracting, and execution Evaluate inbound partnership opportunities and align them with client strategy and positioning Conduct strategic research to match clients with brands based on audience, positioning, and market trends Build and maintain strong relationships across brands, agencies, managers, publicists, attorneys, and buyers Coordinate campaign logistics and ensure seamless execution of deliverables across all stakeholders Oversee and manage the curation of the Industry Creators website page Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and cultural moments to unlock new business opportunities What You Bring 2+ years of experience in talent endorsements, brand partnerships, and sales. Demonstrated success negotiating and closing partnership or endorsement deals Strong network of brand, agency, or marketing contacts Deep understanding of entertainment, social media, and evolving brand partnership models Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively Strong instincts for talent positioning, brand alignment, and opportunity creation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Adobe Creative tools a plus) Compensation Estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000 Competitive salaried position and healthcare benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr The Industry Management
