Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $26.88/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Generate sales, anddemonstrateand maintain a professional standard of guest service Responsible for opening and closing store Evaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growth Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policies Manage sales floor team and rental process Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication Provide great customer service to all guests Ensure pricing isaccurateand current includingany and allpromotions Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Previoussnow sport industry experience - preferred Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests inaccuratespoken and written English - required Ability tomaintaina working knowledge of products and trends within the industry Commitment to exceptional customer service Basic computer skills Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights,holidaysand weekends–required Must be able tolift upto 25lbs The expected pay range is$23.00/hr - $26.88/hr.
